Job Summary:
The individual will be responsible for gathering any and all information required in preparing detailed estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for gathering any and all information required in preparing detailed estimates.
Must be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and put in the time needed to get the job done.
Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
Must be willing to travel from time to time.
Must be able to prepare conceptual budgets based on minimal information.
Must show good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
Must be proficient in all computer software programs used in estimating with particular emphasis on CCS estimating and planning software.

Key Requirements:
at least 5 years managerial experience on site
minimum 3 years civil estimating experience.
Computer literate

Education:
Suitable candidates must be in possession of a National Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
