St Stithians College, a Methodist Church School situated on the border of Randburg and Sandton, follows the co-ordinate educational model within a village of schools. We invite applications for the following post which is available from January 2014.

BOYS' COLLEGE

This position would suit an individual with integrity and vision to assist in the strategic as well as day to day management of the Boys' College. Candidates must hold a suitable professional qualification and have appropriate educational experience, particularly in boys' education. Proof of registration with SACE, a sound and progressive understanding of the South African curriculum and international trends in education, as well as a willingness to teach are essential. The ability to work within the values, Christian ethos and mission of the College coupled with good budget management, financial planning, organisational and communication skills and a willingness to participate in extra mural activities will also be required. Experience as a Deputy, particularly within an ISASA school, would be an advantage.
