Position Description:
Singida urbanwater and sanitation authorityis a public firm with responsibilities to supply sustainable, adequate, clean and safe water to the people of singida town as well as safe disposable of waste water at right time and price. The authority’s mission is to be one of the leading water supply and sanitation Authority operating as autonomous and in commercial terms. In order to efficiently carry out this mission and therefore achieve its objectives. SUWASA is looking for suitably qualified Tanzanians to fill vacant position at its headquarters. The authority is inviting applications from interested candidates who meet the required qualifications
Reporting to:Commercial Manager
Qualifications
Holder of degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy from a recognized institution with at least (5) years working experience in similar position in a reputable organization. Computer is an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitoring the implementation of accounts receivable policy
Keeping proper records of all customers who have been caught using water illegally
Listening to customers’ complaints and finding solutions for their complaints
Monitoring all customers and to identify those who are decreasing water consumption
Performing any other duty as may be assigned by Commercial Manager

Remuneration:Salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates as per SUWASA’s salary structure and incentive package
