Welcome to Delta Air Lines and thanks for checking-in to the opportunity to join our team of Ready Reserve Customer Service Agents- Seasonal Employment. In this role, you'll be responsible for checking-in passengers, guiding customers through the ticketing & reservations process, directing them to their gate and helping to ensure their bags meet them when they arrive.

As part of our Seasonal - Ready Reserve, you will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week between May 1 - August 31. At the conclusion of the summer employment, your status with Delta will be inactive until the following season or depending on additional business needs. There is no guarantee of permanent employment, but you will have the opportunity to bid on a permanent position should one become available. The benefits will include flight privileges.

To qualify for this position, you must:

Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Have a valid driver's license
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the ability to pass an extensive background check and drug test
Have the ability to lift at least 70 lbs
Be authorized to work in the US
Have the ability to read, write and speak English
Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
