Job Purpose:
To sell products in a Sales contact centre in accordance with business needs, facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and to consistently portray a corporate image.
Key Result Areas:
Sale of designated products in line with targets set through Blended campaigns and the proactive response to positioned leads Participation in ad hoc campaigns as determined from time to time by Contact Centre Management Application of defined business processes in carrying out tasks, and doing so in line with contact centre best practice laid down by Contact Centre Management Monitoring of personal performance relative to contact centre productivity, call to quote ratios and sales made Ensure favourable CEBS ratings by consistently promoting quality interactions with customers and prospective customers Personal development through involvement in mentorship, training and guidance provided by Supervisor and Contact Centre Management
Qualifications:
Matric with higher grades mathematics Certificate of Proficiency FAIS Compliant: Long term Category B1 & B2
Experience:
Outbound Sales Contact Centre Product knowledge in Home loan protection plan. Funeral plan, Master card protection (an advantage) Code of Banking Practice (an advantage) Insurance background (Greater than one year) MUST HAVE RE 1
Skills and Competencies:
PC literate Outbound Dialler Operation (an advantage)
The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:
