Risk and Compliance Manager - Chris Hani District Municipality in Eastern Cape
maJob Title: Risk and Compliance Manager
[POST LEVEL 03: TOTAL REMUNERATION PACKAGE R528 147.95 per annum]
Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• Bachelor's Degree or B Tech in Internal Audit or risk management and or relevant qualification at NQF Level 5/6.
• At least 5-7 years relevant experience of which 3 years to be at managerial level.
• Current registration with the relevant Professional Body.
• Certified fraud examiner CFE, will be an added advantage.
• Computer Literacy
• Valid Driver’s License.
Key performance areas (include but not limited to):
• Manage, initiate and co-ordinate all risk management programme in the institution.- Develop, implement and monitor broad risk and compliance strategies for a short and long term objectives
• Provide support and guidance to Local Municipalities on risk management processes
• Ensure functionality of risk management committee within framework approved by the Council.

No faxed CV or emailed applications will be accepted. It will be expected of candidates to be available for selection interviews on a date and time as determined by the Municipality. If the candidate/applicant is found canvassing any of the panelists he/she automatically disqualify him/herself. Appointments will be subjected to compulsory pre-employment screening in the form of qualification, references, criminal checks and competency assessment (where applicable). If the candidate has not been contacted within a month after the closing date he/she must accept that his/her application was unsuccessful
