Job description
Client Relationship Business Partner Representative is responsible for driving sustainable business growth according to annual local targets (revenue and profitability) by managing the relationship between IBM and the Volume Distributors in Kenya, as defined. To drive volume and stock within the market by doing gap analysis in the market, recruitment of new Volume Business Partner’s and growing existing Business Partner’s, drive demand for IBM Volume products through the Business Partner’s. Build capability and sales competence regarding stocking of the correct products and selling out of inventory with well thought out incentives and promotions, Establish technical and implementation capabilities within the smaller Business partner’s on the Volume or Run rate products from IBM. Manage the Volume Distributors to ensure profitable growth, with well managed credit processes to ensure sustainability and capturing of market share within Kenya.

Professional knowledge of channels management, sales processes and marketing functions. Strong focus on execution, Stocking and sales out of high volume products with promotions and incentive experience. Proactive, Communicator, Negotiator, Creative, Team Player.

Required

Pre-University qualification
At least 5 years experience in Sales and Negotiation Skills
At least 5 years experience in Liaising with Business partner
English: Fluent
Preferred

At least 8 years experience in Sales and Negotiation Skills
At least 8 years experience in Liaising with Business partner
