Position Description

- Provide analytical support reporting

- Establish and maintain supply chain KPI’s

- Benchmark area of responsibility against industry best practice

- Co-ordination of data for analysis and monthly reporting with a strong focus on process improvement

- Work closely with Productivity Manager to uncover cost reduction opportunities

- Proactively lead analysis and provide business insight

- Prepare and support CER process

- Act as a liaison between functional areas

- Participate in various supply chain related analyses

- Timely and effective reporting of supply chain key measures to senior management

- Ability and willingness to ‘mine’ the business looking for trends and opportunities

- Best Practice Sharing between regions, within MLF businesses and with external companies

University or College degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Supply Chain
Must have 3-5 years expierence within a Business Analyst function, supporting analytical and reporting functions
Able to improve processes
APIC designation an asset
Strong analytical and time management skills
Strong business acumen with an interest in improving processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills to summarize key facts and trends
Excellent computer (MS Excel) and financial modeling
Close alignment and full acceptance of the Maple Leaf Leadership Values
Ability to work independently
Team player
Detail oriented
