Summary of essential job functions:
- Help customers discover, enable, and implement high value Microsoft technology solutions and services across a broad range of devices that meet their individual needs and exceed their expectations.
- Troubleshoot and provide timely resolution to all customer software and hardware issues.
- Identify and communicate potentially complex repair situations to store leadership and original equipment manufacturers or other partners as appropriate.
- Maintain an elite level of product knowledge in all Microsoft retail products, devices, and services offerings.

They are responsible for effective local delivery of the annual BPR plans and KPI goals in their country.





Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance Management and Planning: Responsible for deep understanding of the business KPIs and metrics, and on-going performance management for the business. Includes creation of monthly (MBR), quarterly (QBR), half-yearly (MYR), and annual (BPR) performance assessments, actions and business plans.

Acquisition of New Users: Perform audience segmentation analysis to find the people who visit MSN and TMX home page and channels. Drive UU acquisition

KPI Ownership: Monitors all BPR-related KPIs, and works cross team to review progress against KPIs and drive action plans to resolve blocking issues.

Distribution to Channels: Driver of strategy to push the content through various distribution channels (such as Skype, Outlook, XBOX, Mobile and Social). Identify new content channels and possible distribution deals within the strategy set by EP. Works through Biz Dev team to execute deals.

Content Acquisition Strategy: Works collaboratively (as a reviewer) with the Executive Producer and Business Development team to ensure proposed acquisitions map to overall business strategy.

Product Plans: Contribute to product planning for MSN channels in a structured, mature and timely matter. Ensure plans contain competitive, consumer and advertiser needs from Canadian perspective.

Pricing policy (Rate Card). Responsible for evaluating advertising sales, by property, and looking for opportunities to grow revenue through effective pricing actions.

Spokesperson: The external “face” of MSN in the local market, to media, analysts and industry.

Knowledge and Experience:
Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional v-teams to deliver on business KPIs, ability to hold individuals accountable for their commitments and ensure v-team is well organized and committed to delivery of these commitments Ability to galvanize teams and drive action resulting in material market position enhancement.

• Frequently engage in negotiations with customers via phone and video teleconferences, and attend face-to-face negotiation with customers when required.
• Consistently apply complex licensing principles to reach successful sales solutions. Identify and resolve agreement issues, recommend compromises, prepare contract amendments and price sheets, and coordinate the execution and distribution of final agreements with the Licensing Specialist team.
• Ensure sales and negotiation strategies adhere to established WWLP guidelines, Microsoft policies and procedures, and maintain solid licensing practices and legal standards. Proactively identify and recommend solutions for improving volume licensing agreements, developing new volume licensing programs, contracts negotiations, and Field Sales processes. Actively participates in the development of agreements related to new volume licensing programs.

This position will have frequent contact with all levels of Microsoft employees including individuals from the following groups: Worldwide Licensing and Pricing, Field Sales, Channel Programs and Marketing, Finance and Volume Licensing Operations, Legal and Corporate Affairs, and Business Groups.

Qualifications (recommended):

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minimum 7 years of business experience with at least 5 years of applicable experience in sales and marketing, operations management, finance, and/or contract negotiation/management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA preferred.

In order to ensure that the work done satisfies manufacturer’s specifications, the Heavy Duty Mechanic must:

Maintenance, service and inspection of equipment to detect faults and malfunctions; test the repaired equipment for proper performance
Determine the extent of repair required
Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Willingness to work overtime when required
Must be able to work with minimal supervision but also participate in the work of other mechanics and apprentices within the field environment.

Qualifications:

Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification is required.
3-5 years of mining or construction related experience.

We are currently looking to add an Account Manager to our Labrador City location.
Responsibilities:

To be key contact person for the customer’s account in relation to all matters such as our products, parts and parts planning, availability issues, invoicing, meetings and contract matters.
To maintain a trusting business relationship and to provide key liaison role between the customer and Joy Global.
Offer technical assistance and deliver the customer’s requirement of technical assistance to appropriate supervisors at Joy Global in an effort to accommodate the customer’s needs.
Gather and present information to Joy Global from the customer.
Gather and present information to the customer from Joy Global.
To assist and provide support for the customer’s machine projects.
To assist and develop key metrics and practices to identify opportunities for the customer and Joy Global.
Negotiate and administer contracts with the customer.
Work with the customer’s Contract Manager to clarify contractual interpretations and obligations and to resolve any contractual differences.
Work with CSR and the customer’s maintenance planners to manage parts planning function for the customer. To ensure parts are available and delivered on time for the customer as required for planned and unplanned outages.
Administer on site parts planning and review and planning of forecasted benchmark components.
Attend and participate in the customer’s Safety Stewardship Meetings.
Attend and participate in the customer’s maintenance planning meetings, plan work force and parts.
Attend and participate in the customer’s management review meetings.
Attend and participate in the customer’s reconciliations of parts usage, invoicing, warranty issues and availabilities.
Collect from the customer, review and submit Warranty Claims on the customer’s behalf.
Following up and tracking of these claims.
Collecting of Accounts Receivables.
Continuous improvements by monitoring the KPI’s and developing a process to show improvements.
Provide quotations for products, contract or parts supply when required.
Negotiate new machines.
Review and propose Contract Change Orders where necessary.
Work with internal LCM Accounting Manager.

Qualifications:
• Must be qualified Journeyman—dual ticket preferred
• Experience in the repair and maintenance of mining equipment including Joy Global products
• Superior customer service skills and communication skills
• Solid track record in dealing with customers in a technical role
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• You will possess proven experience troubleshooting mining shovels, draglines or drills while working in an outdoor and/or underground environment plus demonstrated electrical proficiency on high voltage electrical equipment
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment for extended periods of time

Qualifications
