Description

The incumbent provides general support for team members with the administration and management of Trust Investment and Custody assets. S/He is responsible for communicating trading requests of clients to traders and for monitoring the settlement of those trades, as well as, monitoring cash position, daily domestic trades, trades, currency transactions, and documenting completion of tasks. S/He will work closely with operational, tax, fiduciary, investment policy, and compliance areas within the company and will be effective in communicating, orally and in writing, with clients, attorneys, and other external contacts.

Qualifications

The incumbent must possess the ability to work independently and efficiently and apply a working knowledge of company policies and procedures. The qualified candidate will have 0 - 3 years of support experience with some knowledge of trading or account processes and basic understanding of the market. Knowledge of Microsoft products is required. Basic knowledge of the stock market is helpful, but not required.
