To succeed in this role you need a proven history of pro actively sourcing new business, a strong customer management skill set and have the capability to create a strong personal brand and impact in the community for your store. Building relationships is key to success in this space, as is adding value by creating a high level of customer satisfaction in store.

You will offer advice and provide financial solutions that add value to our customer's life. Although the primary focus of your role is source and drive home lending growth for home store, you will provide a holistic product offering to your customers.
