Job Purpose:
To grow the Pension Backed Lending book through increasing the activation levels of the existing schemes and retaining current schemes/funds. To achieve and exceed sales targets in the most cost effective manner whilst not compromising on customer service. To activate lending at a Fund and sub-scheme level. To cross -sell additional banking products to customer base.
Key Result Areas:
Achievement of the sales target volume and value. Achievement of the penetration levels of employers as agreed. Reduction of complaints received against agreed target. Cross - sell levels of Banking products as agreed.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 (Matric). Microsoft Office. Direct Customer Facing.
Experience:
General business knowledge and business acumen. 3 years home loan experience/pension fund industry (in a sales environment). Computer literacy including knowledge in advanced excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Visio. Knowledge of managing multiple markets sales principles and processes. Good business writing, presentation and organisational skills. Knowledge of markets, trends and competition. NCA , Credit Agreement Act, Reserve Bank regulations, Pension Fund Act. Distribution channels available & how these can be leveraged. Customer value propositions and customer profiles for different segments. Understanding of bank culture/policy and system life cycles process. Expense Control. Managing and handling conflict management.
