Job Title: Service Delivery Manager – SAP

A Service Delivery Manager – SAP position has become available in Cape Town.

Requirements:
The person will take full responsibility for Service Delivery to SAP clients to agreed specifications and within agreed time and costs.

Qualifications:
It is prerequisite that the candidate must have 5 years’ prior experience in client service management in an IT Context; 3 years’ experience within SAP, has Project Management skills; a track record in incremental improvement; attention to detail and very good people skills.
