Description:
A Regulatory System Team Leader opportunity in the Markets IT space in the Corporate Investment, Wealth and Markets division has open. To apply you must have: Excellent Team leader skills, and in depth exp: Risk Serivice

MUST HAVE:
A University degree in Computer Science (or similar), that includes modules on practical programming, algorithm theory, and data structure theory.
Experience Required:
o Credit Risk
o Market Risk
o Liquidity Risk
Minimum of 6 -8 years relevant experience of systems and business analysis in an investment banking environment preferred
Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience of being a team lead or in a similar role
Must have exposure to IT and Business project management overview
Experience in Agile Project Methodology
SQL Server 2008
SQL Server Integration Services 2008 (SSIS)
SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 (SSRS)
Microsoft Visual Studio 2008-C# .net 3.5

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defining / driving strategic roadmap for the architectural landscape for Risk Services, in particular Market Risk.
Lead the Regulatory Illumination team within Risk Services by delivering on business requirements and initiatives; this involves managing the Illumination team towards delivering on business and Regulatory initiatives as well as managing stakeholders across business and IT
In depth experience with supporting technologies that supports the Risk area, including Microsoft SQL, C#, ASP.Net and other web development tools.
Management of the team and the deliverables and creating and maintaining a winning team
Growing team members - hard and soft skills, identifying applicable training / courses with team member
Dealing with performance issues
