An opportunity exists for an Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager in Sunninghill.

Rolesee:
The person will take full responsibility for Service Delivery to annuity clients to agreed specifications and within agreed time and costs.

Qualifications:
It is prerequisite that the candidate must have 3 years’ prior experience in client service management in an IT Context; has Project Management skills; a track record in incremental improvement; attention to detail and very good people skills.
