Job Description
Assisting in developing the marketing communication agenda for High Value Segments across Middle East.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
- Be High Value Segments point of contact for ROI-led marketing communication insights, plans and execution solutions
- Develop and execute long and short-term marketing plans and consolidate tracked success for High Value Segments
- Document marketing budget and marketing financials (procurement, accruals and payments)
- Promote multi-CB products, bundles and cross-sell
- Liaison with in country legal on trademark searches and registrations (Trademark Manager)
- Adherence to brand and CB guidelines
- Manage the relationships with group vendors (TBWA or their network agencies) and quality of inputs and outputs
- Manage other third-party supplier relationships and quality of outputs
- Provide insight on promoting High Value Segments using innovative and cost-efficient media
- Assist drive productivity from all advertising and marketing investments, from tracking and measuring campaign KPIs
- Plan and execute marketing calendars for ME markets in coordination with local and regional marketing/product/segment stakeholders
- Ensure CB products exposure at the bank’s customer touch points in line with CB’s strategy and direction
- Follow marketing processes and adhere to bank and central bank’s rules as guided by L&C
- Monitor competition marketing activities, inform stakeholders and advice counter plans
- Follow the marketing decipline and processes such as briefing, expectation management, SLA, agency relations, financials (budget & ROI), stakeholder management, guidelines, regulatory and marketing councils
- Source strategic partnerships to drive High Value Segments exposure, sales and usage through programs like tie-ups, co-branded products and other reciprocally benefitial schemes
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing initiatives, combined with an ability to derive a concept/solution based upon a brief received
- Experience of producing marketing collaterals and general BAU documents, events, etc
- Knowlege of financial services industry from either an in-house or an agency perspective - ideally product and marketing knowledge
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to multiple challenging deadlines
