HSE engineering staff at this level are expected to be fully qualified in their discipline and require only reasonable supervision to perform assigned responsibilities. Knowledgeable of computer systems and applications.
Incumbent carries out responsible, varied assignments requiring general knowledge of HSE engineering. Problems solved using a combination of standard procedures or modifications thereof. More complex work projects will be referred to more senior authorities for guidance. Work is reviewed regularly by more senior professionals. May give periodic technical guidance to staff assigned to work on a common project.
Majority of work is focused on sampling, analysing and monitoring. Setting priorities based on risk and cost benefit is an on-going challenge.

Job Description We are looking to hire an Assistant Construction Manager with minimum 20 years post graduate experience, including 10 years experience in major project design or construction and 7 years experience in construction contract administration. Job Description We are currently looking for an Assistant Resident Engineer with minimum of 12 years experience in related works, including minimum 5 years in local experience. The Assistant Resident Engineer is responsible for performing all the administrative and operational functions necessary for the day to day operation of the project. In the absence of the Resident Engineer, the Assistant will assume his duties.

Key Responsibilities include:

Responsible for administration of construction contract works, and assist the RE with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals and RFI's to all contractors.
Monitor the progress of the submittal review in coordination with the Core Team, and respond to contractors as required.

Coordination with Contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work.
Monitoring conformance with the Contractor’s schedule.

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a Land Surveyor for a roads project in Abu Dhabi with minimum 8 years of experience in land surveying and setting out of works of similar nature. The Land Surveyor assigned to various phases of the works has an important part in assuring the quality of work in the finished project. They shall be completely familiar with the plans, specifications, particular specifications and surveying methods for the phases of the work to which they have been assigned.

Key Responsibilities include:


Perform survey work under the direction and guidance of the Assistant Resident Engineer.
Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for re- establishing the points in the field.
Supervise survey party staff.
Record all measurements, rod readings and calculations neatly and accurately in field books as the work progresses.
Coordinate with the Contractor’s surveyor on work priorities and schedules.
Check all work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits.
Report discrepancies or technical problems to the Assistant Resident Engineer.
Perform joint measurements of the completed work or payment.
