Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.
Job Description The construction Manager will plan, direct, and oversee all construction aspects of the projects within the scope of the overall program. He/She will manage and lead the project delivery team through construction phase; including risk, financial, and client satisfaction. He/she will have a minimum 15 years experience in major infrastructure projects. Middle east experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the day to day management of the construction delivery team.
Coordinate with Assistant construction Managers and field team.
Assimilate the program operational procedures, controls and administrative systems into the project delivery team.
Monitor and coordinate budget and schedule.
Lead the monitoring, coordination and evaluation of key project activities and construction phases to ensure: optimum scope/configuration control cost/schedule compliance quality assurance the correct application of procurement strategies contractor performance.
Evaluate and make recommendations on changes in scope of work.
Anticipate potential schedule or priority delays and initiate plans for alternative actions.
Provide project director with appropriate information.
Coordinate project close out activities.
Train, mentor and develop staff.
Ensure the QA/QC procedures are being implemented and followed at all phases of a project in accordance with Quality Assurance Program procedures.
