Responsibilities

The items detailed herein are guidelines for the Graduate Mechanical Engineer position. They are to include the items detailed below but are not limited to these. These items are indicators of eligibility / capability for the position. The suitability of staff for the position remains at the discretion of management and subject to a position being available.

•Compressed Air
oCompressed Air Plants and piping systems

•CO2 Plants
oCO2 Recovery, purification, liquefaction, storage and reticulation plants

•Water Plants
oPumping Stations and piping systems

•Process Engineering
oFMCG Plant and Processing
oFacility Process Flow Design

•Project Management
oMechanical Engineering Projects
oMulti-Disciplinary Projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:


•Running with day to day projects.
•Facilitating turnkey projects.
Requirements

KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

•Minimum of a B Eng. / B.Sc
•Must be mobile and have own transport

GENERIC SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

•Excellent communication (good problem solving) skills
•Team player
•Self-starter who can run with and manage projects with guidance of a senior engineer
•Must be attend to detail as well as have a questioning and inquisitive mind
•Ability to deliver requested work within deadlines
•Be able to prioritise, work on several tasks and work under pressure
