Job description:
Security Specialist in this job role will have expertise in analyzing and translating business requirements into security controls and their design and implementation using Tivoli security products according to Customer requirements. Typical examples of the deliverables include implementations of Tivoli Security products which include Tivoli Identity and Access Assurance solutions as while as Tivoli Compliance and Audit solutions. The successful candidate will also work with other technical professionals in IBM to size solutions and troubleshoot critical customer situations. This role also requires that the specialist work with a team of technical professionals, project managers as well as representatives from the client and demonstrate technical excellence in their implementations, documentation as well as providing constructive feedback in projects to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
This role is primarily a customer facing services role and the successful candidate should have extensive communication experience in a professional environment.

Associate's Degree/College Diploma
At least 8 years experience in IBM Software and Technology
At least 8 years experience in Tivoli Security Implementations
At least 8 years experience in working with Customers including documenting customer´s need and requirements
English: Fluent
Preferred:
