Introduction:
The Premium Brand Manager is accountable for maximizing the Country Road and Trenery store’s profitability and ensuring our brand values are maintained. This is achieved by providing leadership, training and coaching in customer service, visual merchandising and the management of merchandise within the designated departments.
This position is responsible for delivering agreed outputs

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
• Commercial qualification e.g. Retail Business Management Diploma
• 3-5 relevant years experience as a departmental management
• 2-3 years Clothing Management experience essential
• Numeric ability
• Computer literacy
• Drivers licence required
• Own reliable transport

Job Specification:
To lead the Country Road and Trenery team to achieve high levels of customer Service in order to build customer loyalty, generate repeat business and maximise sales opportunities
• Lead by example, promoting the desired culture and behaviours to the store team whilst ensuring that relationships with key stake holders within Woolworths remain productive.
• Provide training to all Department Managers and Retail team members to build capacity
• Maintain quality standards and productivity standards in allocated floor area
• Management of day to day operations
• Analyse business and reports to ensure profitability of the premium brand
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales
• Implementation of service strategy / new initiatives
• Maximise sales and minimise shrinkage through the accurate administration of merchandise, ensuring product is presented and restocked in line with Country Road and Trenery standards
• Manage staff rosters and productivity in line with salary to sales
• Recruit, select, manage and develop people to meet competence requirements
• Communication with Region and Head Office teams at a required level
