Outputs:
Support the development and implementation of the OD strategy and Implement the OD strategy
Design, develop, source implement and facilitate OD interventions: culture, values, engagement survey, team effectiveness, customer service interventions, performance management and living organizational values
Design, implement and manage talent management processes
Design, and implement assessment strategy
Facilitate the implementation of Career development programs
Develop and facilitate Diversity management workshops
Source and manage employee wellness programs and interventions
Facilitate and implement Change management interventions
Source, facilitate and implement Leadership development programs
Design and develop and implement Coaching and Mentoring methodology
Facilitate team effectiveness & optimization
Engage in Stakeholder and Relationship Management
Manage service providers

Education & Experience:
Relevant degree
5-8 years’ experience in Human Resource Development field
Training evaluation methodologies and approaches
Career Development Methodologies
Needs analysis methodologies and approaches
Material Course design and development
Training legislation
Talent management methodologies
Blended learning
Ability to design & facilitate Change Processes
Understanding of Performance Management and improvement processes
Hands-on exposure to the various Talent Management processes
Human Resources information systems understanding
Intimate understanding of Learning and development, including all processes
BCEA, Employment Equity, Labour Relations Act and Skills Development Act
Career development methodologies
Regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments on Organizational and Human Resources Development approaches
Competency assessments: compilation & administration of assessments to be incorporated into the talent, succession and career management processes
