FMCG Company based in Mombasa is looking for a Commercial Controller to be based in Nairobi
Responsibilities
Collect external environment data related to market, competition & trends.
Gather & Share competitor information and their activities with Management.
Ensure clients have updated price list whenever prices are revised.
Drives the Financial formulation & communication of Pricing, Trade Offers and reports on the Trade Promotions appraisals.
Find out reasons in case of lost order or in case a customer cancels and discontinues partnership.
Ensure replenishment of stock by keeping updates of the stock position.
Discuss client complaints and issues with HOS and resolve.
Manage performance of the team by monitoring their sales performance & Reporting.
Trade Promotions Broadcast
Participate in any meetings called by management and other department heads.
Drives the Price & Performance review Agenda.
Align all ATL and BTL activities required to be executed to meet the objectives of the marketing initiative and discuss it with the Commercial team.
Coordinate with Brand Manager in formulating marketing and promotional activities.
Salary: KShs 100,000 - 120,000 depending on experience
