Position Description:

The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) is a training Government Executive Agency operating ‘semi’ autonomously and commercially in providing education in Accountancy, Procurement & Logistics Management, Marketing and Public Relations, Human Resources Management and other business related disciplines.

Duties and Responsibilities

Teaches up to NTA level 8 (Bachelors Degree)

Prepares learning resources for tutorial exercises

Conducts research, seminars and case studies

Supervising students project;

Preparing teaching manuals;

Carries out consultancy and community services under supervision;

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualification and Experience

Masters Degree with upper second class and above in the first degree in the relevant field.

Remuneration:

Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the Institution’s salary scale. PHTS 13 – 14
