Job Title: Service Delivery Project Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
The Service Delivery Project Coordinator will co-ordinate the service delivery process and support the SD Project Managers.
Support the KAMs during the pre-service delivery stage, with order entry and feasibility tracking until order closure.
Ensuring that customer requirements are accurately delivered by the SD Project Managers.
Ensuring that the customer files are created and handed over to the service delivery team for order implementation.
Manage Metasolve:
Ensure Service Delivery Clean Bucket
Ensure Tracking of new tasks and current tasks and complete new tasks
Support the KAMs during the pre-service delivery stage, with order entry and feasibility tracking until order closure.
Manage Project initiation with delivery contractor administratively :
Ensure clean bucket and track new projects
Ensure invoice processed
Generate rfms
Capture assets
Ensure project Completion
Track and Submit AS Builts
Manage interface between site supervisors and SDM:
Ensure Efficient tracking of activities (IR, MR, CSRS, PO, EXE)
Monitor and Manage Projects Status
Assign Projects
Compile Starter Packs
Broadcast AOI Declarations
Update Portals
Finance:
Track invoices
Validate Invoices
Monitor and Track Statements
Quality Management:
Maintain Functional & Production Documentation
Ensure Complete Closure of all project documentation
Requirements, Experience and Attributes:
The ideal candidate for this post should have the following:

Technical qualification/Project Management
Requirements and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years in the ICT sector of which 2 years must have been spent in the fixed line environment (business solutions);
Experience in a service delivery support roles and Office administration management.
Willing to work a flexible hours to meet business requirements.
Excellent coordinator of multiple tasks and multiple handoff points
The ideal candidate requires an above average level of intellect; judgment and perceptiveness are important qualities;
Flexibility is essential and the candidate must be comfortable with frequent change;
A sound knowledge of working with MS Office packages (Outlook, Office, Excel).
