Job key performance areas
You will be responsible for:
•Mapping and conversion of business requirements into a specification for enhancements or new developments
•Adhere to ABAP Programming standards and naming conventions for ArcelorMittal South Africa
•Document Management – Functional Specs, Technical Specs and Sign-Off documents for ArcelorMittal South Africa
•Applying ABAP Programming best practices – Programme structure, Statement Formatting, Data Access and Data update
•Manage change deployment – plan, build and run new developments
•Maintain existing programs and propose improvements
•Understand and confirm solution requirements, current and proposed
•Design solutions, engineer, implement and document technical solutions
•Acquire, create and customise components
•Gain customer acceptance and certification of solutions
•Manage customer satisfaction
•Adherence to Service levels as agreed upon between SAP CoE and it’s stakeholders
