Job Title: Assistant Manager: Personnel Provisioning and Maintenance

Salary: R252 144 - R304 587 p.a. exclusive of benefits

Requirements:
Candidates should hold a relevant B-Degree/ Diploma coupled with 2-3 year's relevant supervisory experience in Personnel Provisioning and Maintenance
Knowledge and experience Oracle
computer literacy and a valid driver's license are essential.

Duties:
The incumbent will manage Human Capital Provisioning and Maintenance services in the Region related to: Recruitment and Selection, Administer Conditions of Service, Staff Establishment and Human Capital records
Supervise staff
Administer service delivery improvement in the Unit
Conduct trend analysis and provide management information and reports.
