Facility: Life Esidimeni, Kirkwood Care Centre
Introduction:
A vacancy for a Driver exists at Kirkwood Care Centre. This position will report to the Senior Admin Officer, Susan Rolls.
Critical Outputs:
To perform drivers function in accordance with hospital policies and procedures and Road Traffic Act and Regulations
To perform daily transport of patients, deliveries and collection of documentation and stock
Perform daily safety checks of the company vehicles
To complete a vehicle travel log book of all trips carried out
Requirements:
Must have a valid Matric certificate
Valid code 08 license (PDP would be a pre-requisite)
Must know the PE and surrounding areas as well
Must be able to keep accurate records of distances traveled and fuel used
Minimum of 3 years driving experience in PE
A strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
