Introduction:
A BMW dealership, Lyndhurst Auto, is recruiting for an Aftersales Consultant to provide customers with a professional service experience, whilst ensuring adequate communication between the customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals.

Minimum Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
A minimum of 2 years service experience within the premium motor dealership industry.
BSI and Automate systems experience is essential.
Computer literate in Office suite.
Drivers license

Job Specification:
Prepare for the arrival of the customer
Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival
Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system
Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems
Liaise with customers
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Vehicle hand over
Customer follow - up and reminders
Attend weekly service meetings
